This course was very interesting and educational. I now have a better understanding of how different OS work and I especially like the advice given on how to narrow down a problem instead of just rushing in to solve it in a hasty manner.

It was very interesting learning a skill that I only see other people using, and wishing I was in their shoes, solving a problem. I'm glad I took this course; it has given me the zeal to keep learning and to believe in myself. Thank you!

This was a great introduction to the world of computers. All of the information was clear and concise. I currently work in customer service so I look forward to being able to transfer my skills over to a career in working with computers.

This course was really well put together. I have no background in IT and was able to grasp the concepts that were being taught fairly easily through the help of the explanations and examples given. I highly recommend taking this course.

This is an excellent course and provided me with a lot of experiences online. The major ones were while using lab sessions. It was very interesting to get on to an other remote desktop and to solve the different issues of the customer.

It is a very good course. But, something wrong. Even though I passed the 2 assignments(Create a Folder with Windows and Create a Folder with Linux), the system says I didn't submit and didn't pass. I tried many times but it's not fixed.
