This really was one of the best modular learning courses I have ever taken. The fact that it not only gives the reasons and hows, it actually takes you into the real scenarios and impresses both the real human interactions, but also the feelings and frustrations that all parties may (and will) encounter and how to not just respond, but to do. Well done!

Simplified without condescension. Straight-forward without being blunt. An excellent and effective course that renders ignorance of our present pandemic obsolete. Whether you need a refresher or are new to the dos and don'ts, these lessons will see you confident in the pursuit of contact tracing and provide you with the tools necessary to end the spread.

This training is awesome! I was able to learn a little more about contact tracing and case investigating. I understand how building rapport helps make people a little more comfortable with receiving information that can help them be safe in this time of difficulty. It is a course that I would recommend to anyone who may be interested in contact tracing.

Dr. Gurley did an awesome job in each module to keep you engaged, on point and learning. I am a Registered Nurse and gained some really good knowledge from this course. Totally recommend for anyone wanting to understand more of the virus, symptoms, people at high risk, when to isolate with time-frame, when to quarantine with time- frame and so much more.

I highly recommend not just to contact tracers, but for people who want to learn about COVID-19 and learn about the work that is being performed by our health departments. I felt reassured that there is more to contact tracing than I thought this course inspired me to apply to become a contact tracer!!

Excellent program. I am a physician and still learned a lot about HOW to talk to people. If you need help with translating to spanish feel free to contact me. Spanish is my first language and in our hospital we are very interested in training more people to provide this kind of service for spanish speaking patients. Thank you for this great training.

Being in HR, you feel like you have read and heard everything from every perspective with regards to Covid-19. This course taught me a lot. The format was easy to follow and comprehensive. It provided more than I was expecting and I was pleasantly surprised. I would recommend this course for anyone who deals with the general public on a daily basis.

This was an excellent course. It was very informative, clear and easy to follow. The videos were very helpful. This course would be beneficial to anyone living in the US regardless if they would like to become contact tracers or not. Information was broken up into multiple modules. Videos, along with mini-quizzes, reinforced the messages of each section. Content was thoroughly explained and easy to understand. Lastly, I was impressed that I experienced no "locking up" or "freezing" when going through the course. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in this field.

The course was great and informative. The only part that was vague and felt more like a sales pitch was the technology section. It really felt like it was justifying the need for better technology without saying much about those specific technologies we certainly do have. I would have liked to know more about the database tech that is actually used now.

The course was very well constructed and the professor was clear during the presentation. Although, we all are learning about SARS-Cov-2 and all its scenarios this course was very informative and extremely helpful. I can say I am better versed to empower the community I services. This is a very professionally run training program with important contact tracing simulations. There are still probably many more minor exceptions to these rules than can be taught in just one course, but this one course lays an excellent framework to efficiently and effectively get started in learning all the nuances of this much-needed field of work.

The modules were clear direct the speaker spoke well. I have a learning disability and I have to say that it was easy for me I took notes and I was able to take my time. This was a amazing course. Thank you I never was able to complete a certificate course in my adult life so thank you. I learned a lot and I know I can say I understand contact tracing.

This course was well designed for providing the enrollees with functional knowledge/tools to begin thru experience to learn to apply as contact tracers; a much needed resource in the face of current and future CoVid public health measures. The course material was concise, clear and efficiently delivered with well designed testing modules throughout.

This was a very informative course. I learned new things about CoV2 that I thought I knew but was misinformed on. The portion of the course that taught on how to communicate was excellent, with many examples to follow. This course was very detailed and explained all topics very well. I feel very prepared to help minimize the spread of this alien virus.

Very informational, easy to follow and well explained course. I work in a senior retirement/assisted living community. Learning about contact tracing basics has empowered me with knowledge I can pass on to other employees and residents, on how they can minimize risk in thier environment.

This course is very informative with medium difficulty especially for someone completely new to this industry. The course is written well with guidelines easy to understand and follow. The narrator speaks well and is very understandable. The videos are well shot , excellent for people who are visual learners.

As we all are undergoing a very difficult times, we all know little bits of this pandemic. Although we know certain things, there are many concepts which are very much essential . This course has made me learn more about the contact tracing, how it can be done using technology, the ethical considerations and how to prevent the spread of the pandemic .

This was an excellent course that was very informative. Even if you do not plan to become a contact tracer for COVID-19, this course is excellent to inform you about the virus so that you can be safe and help others do so as well. It was a very easy course in the sense of you could pace it on your own, as well as always go back and review information.
