Excellent source of information , very thorough and easy to understand. Instructor has a pleasant delivery. I took my time going through each module. I also took personal notes. I am much more informed about Covid-19. I see the value and importance of a contact tracers role in the effort to stop the spread of the Coronavirus. I enjoyed the course!

This course was incredible! I learned many new ways to look at COVID 19 and the many ways in which people are affected. This course also provided many useful examples of how to be a professional, effective contact tracer. It is a relief to receive concrete, understandable tools that make contact tracing seem more doable. Thank you for this course.

This course is very helpful and informative. Learning how to do contact tracing is very significant to anybody nowadays, especially to the front liners. Contact Tracing is indeed a great tool to reduce and prevent the risk of infection in a community. I hope that thru this process, we can fight the spread of COVID-19 and win against this pandemic.

I have done contact tracing and continue to do contact tracing but this course goes beyond and reminds me of things I have forgotten but learned previously and gives me new ways to apply the knowledge. While this could possibly be different from how my country runs our contact tracing efforts, this is really important to know especially in case I do get in contact with someone with the virus. It would be more easy me and the rest of the ones closest to me to communicate with other people, as well as check the ethics of our contact tracers here.

This course is excellent at describing the work we do, how we do, and most importantly why we do it. It's an excellent overview with a good amount of detail, and I learned some new things by taking it. Highly recommended

After the completion gains confidence, knowledge, information and commanding on the topic. Practical vedio explanation amazing.I thank the instructors and the course designers.. beautiful learning experience i never had. I loved it.

This is a great introductory course for real time issues impacting the world. I enjoyed the course and material was easy to follow. I only suggest that more scenarios covering calculations for isolating and quarantines be included in the material. The course, however, clarified information you hear in the public and separated fact from fiction.

I really liked the course and thought the information was understandable. I wished the section regarding the calls was more interactive. Also, I was thrown off a bit when the quiz questions were incorporated into the videos rather than separately. I thought the call examples were very good and did a nice job of demonstrating how to handle a call.

I love the COVID-19 Tracing course. I have learned so much informative information. I can explain to my family and friends whey its so important to do the right thing and wear their masks. Detailed and informative course which was simple to follow and took me through several videos and situations in order to best understand how to deal with the infection, to understand what contact tracing is all about and to be able to communicate effectively to build a rapport with cases and contacts in order to be able to support the community.

Learned mnay things about both the disease and making and conducting calls as a contract tracer. The information about the disease seemed very complete and the instructor while extremely knowledgeable also conveyed the information in such a way as to teach but not talk down to or water down the information. I also enjoyed the learning as well.

The course was clear easy to follow and well-organized, with a steady increase in complexity and difficulty of the material, as well as useful role-plays and frequent quizzes that provided evidence of the student's progress. I definitely knew much more about Covid-19 and contact tracing when I finished the course than I'd known when I began it.

Very interesting course. It is a good summary what one should know about the SARS-COVID-2 Virus and everything hat comes along with it. I reccommend this course to everyone but especially for people working in healthcare and the policy sector as it is a relly good basis to understand the difficulties around the pandemic and the contact tracing.
