This course definitely went above and beyond my expectations. The knowledge gained in this course truly makes one understand why these skills are so vital to the effectiveness of contact tracing and its existence. the communication skills alone acquired can take many a lifetime to learn.

I'm so glad I decided to take this course besides what you hear and see on the news things can get pretty confusing. This course gas helped me gain the knowledge that I feel comfortable about the chain of events that come with Covid-19 this course should be taught to every person as a universal precaution.

The course is interesting and presented well. I enjoyed the technology--going between video presentations and quizes--though there are a few minor oversights/glitches towards the end, especially with the quiz "windows" that pop up during the video. But nothing that gets in the way of learning the material.

Grateful for the opportunity to take this course. Teacher was thorough and an easy voice to listen to during each lesson. I still am a little confused on the number of days for quarantine/isolation and have 14 days stuck in my head. Hopefully, I can go back and review this portion.

Course was very informative and clear with direction. I learned mostly due to the sensitivity regarding Covid 19 virus that it is most important as a contact tracer to build rapport, show empathy and sincerity to gain trust. This will ultimately help to identify contacts with case and stop spread of virus.

The course was great. It was very helpful to help identify a person infectious contact and timeline for public health intervention through contact tracing. The class presented some ethical considerations around contact tracing, isolation and quarantine. This was very helpful on a personal level also.

Very helpful course! I love the way the instructor explains and reviews the previous lessons before moving on to another topic because it can make me remember the previous lessons and understand new topics very quickly. The language use is not so complex which is easy to follow and understand the lessons.

I could learn a lot from the course. The course can be rated from easy to moderately difficult. The teaching method is very effective, I could complete a chapter just by watching video lesson once. This is a great introduction to COVID-19 with regard to Contact Tracing. For me, it turns out that Contact Tracing is more involved that I had thought. There are technical issues, complications that arise and make it difficult to trace - and there are a LOT of communication skills needed to be a good CT.

This course was easy to follow with lots of great examples of different scenarios one might encounter as a contact tracer. I finished the course feeling much more confident about my ability to understand and explain COVID-19 contact tracing, isolation, quarantine, and the signs and symptoms of the virus.

Very clear and informative course about COVID-19 itself and how to prevent the spread of disease through isolation and quarantine. This course is also very good with instruction on how to tactfully speak with people about having the Corona virus and what they should to to prevent the spread of the virus.
