I'm neither a doctor nor a nurse. Learning COVID - 19 Contact Tracing course has enabled me to firstly understand the disease in deep. Secondly, the course has provided with me effective skills and information on how I can help people around my community after they have contacted SARs Coronavirus 2.

This is a very informative course. i did learn a lot. I would definitely recommend anyone to take this course. I also wish and pray that this pandemic is over in due time and wish all persons who currently infected a speedy recovery. Take all the necessary precautions and do stay blessed everyone.

Very informative and thorough explanation of COVID-19 and its signs and symptoms, understanding various terms when addressing concerns of the virus and exposure, and how to engage the public in developing ways to isolate, quarantine, and effectively communicating to ensure public health and safety.

Overall a great course, some of the questions on the quizzes and the final exam where a bit confusing. I think the final exam (question 40) does not have a correct answer. I think it's leading to refer the case to social services, but the second part of the answers it states "an infect more people"

Excellent course. It provides a clear understanding of how SARS Cov2 spreads, how mitigation measures can have a huge impact even if just one case is prevented, and it provides clear guidance on procedures. The best part, in my opinion, are the sections on active listening and clear communication.

COVID-19 Contact Tracing is a well-developed program that covers all the bases for an introduction into this aspect of public health. I took the course more out of curiosity but now am interested in becoming a contact tracer myself. Thanks for the education. Dr. Gurley is an excellentt instructor.

This was a well formatted course and easy to follow. I liked the combination of video and verbal education. I found the course very interesting and enjoyed learning about Covid-19 and contract tracing. It would be a great course for everyone to take whether they wish to be a contract tracer or not.

This is great course for both seasoned infectious disease professionals and beginners for understanding the complexities behind contact tracing COVID-19 cases and contact. I thoroughly enjoyed the lessons and would recommend it for all healthcare workers to better educate themselves and the public.

This course is very comprehensive and systematic with very well organized presentation of topics. The course is very insightful which give guidance to the local health department and covid task force to improve the approaches in mitigating covid 19 spread in the community and workplace. Thank you.

Nicely structured and comprehensive. While there is a lot to cover, the Instructor is excellent at presenting the well written and organized material. It pays to repeat the practice tests and to read the transcripts. I feel I have a good foundation for local training and service in Contact Tracing.

excellent course, gave me a better basic understanding of Covid-19. And provided tooling related to contact tracing. Furthermore happy to notice that there are not much differences in handling this pandemic between USA and Netherlands. Unlike popular belief in media.

This course explains in simple english & video examples, how to effectively conduct contract tracing. It provides the tools for efficient communication with cases and contacts. Although contact tracing seems a daunting task, this course simplifies and makes it relatively easy to do contact tracing.

This is an excellent course. I really enjoy learning new topics, and especially material that will help others. The instructor was very good. I found her presentation style very informative. The graphics were great. This material provided a clear definition of terms and new concepts. Great Job!!!

This was great! I felt happy to have acquired a great deal of information on Covid-19 and the techniques used in contact tracing, I was able to complete this course easier than I thought it could be. Excellent and clear explanation by the instructor and brave and skillful performance by the actors.

Very good overview, and did a wonderful job giving real life scenarios, so could practice/figure it out. Thankful for how the class was laid out and the short videos (and then quizzes, so could do it in small bursts). Lady leading had a very good and soothing voice; made it easy to listen to her.

I found this course extremely relevant and crucial, course contents are adequate, palatable, and pertinent. I grew confident in rapport building with several compassionate words and phrases, social skills, and most importantly contact tracing. I am looking forward to applying the skills very soon.

Very informative and useful information even for the ordinary citizens since we now know the important things about Covid-19 like the symptoms to watch out for, infectious period, being a case or a contact, and so much more helpful information to prevent the spread of the virus in our communities.

Very clear, well put together course. It goes through all important topics without being too boring or giving unnecessary information. The presentation is also visually appealing, so it keeps you interested. The person on the audios also has a very nice and soothing voice and has appropriate tone.

Educational learning about the disease from beginning . It covers a wide variety of information needed to know about this course. The short quizzes help in one's understanding. The full exam at end is a comprehension of all one has understood in these modules.

Course was very informative and clearly delivered. My one suggestion on the tech side would be to add a visual marker to let people know how much more of the course they have until completion. The Week 1 title was confusing as i thought that was an indicator that there were more weeks to follow.

This course has helped me to translate the information available at the CDC website into a straightforward dialogue I can have with patients, friends and family. I intend to use the information I learned to initiate the contact tracing process each time that I diagnose a new person with CoVid 19.
