I've learnt the most basic but critical skills required in daily conversation as a healthcare personel - communication skill and how to build a good rapport. Instructor are good in delivering the content of each context issue. Thank you coursera and John Hopkins university for such a great course!

This course is comprehensive. If you have some familiarity with the disease it will still provide important information. For people already in the medical field, this course will effectively help you think about patient/case contact in terms of being a contact tracer and not a medical provider.

As an Athletic Trainer entering the job market again, after 10+ years I found this program helpful in better understanding the spread of COVID-19 and more importantly, how to activity stop the spread through contact tracing. This will be a valuable tool for college athletics in the coming months.

I am from Colombia and I decided to take this course to understand how other countries face the reduction of transmission by Covid 19, it seemed very valuable and complete information on how to approach the different cases in contact tracing, explaining clearly and concisely, I learned too much.

I felt this course was thorough without getting too technical. Concepts were repeated and that helped with retention. The role-plays really demonstrated what to say and what not to say. I appreciate the level of thought that went into how people would be treated when contacted. Excellent course.

I've learned a lot despite being an RN for better then 40 years. This was well done and I enjoyed the slides and the questions. I missed a few answers because I didn't read all the directions like chose all the correct answers. But I did know the answers when I reread the questions correctly.
