I learned and enjoyed this course a lot. Professor Santos explains very well all the concepts through great information, research and real-life examples. I am applying what I have learned to my every-day life right now and it is making a huge difference on my happiness level.

This was a very insightful course. I found this personally rewarding, as it helped increase my happiness and well-being throughout. I would highly recommend to everyone who feel they need to find themselves or feel like their happiness/well-being could do with some improving.

A fantastic course to learn about the psychological aspect of the science of well-being, about techniques to create new habits, and how to improve your own happiness. I strongly suggest this course, which helped me a lot during these past months in the middle of the pandemic.

I thoroughly enjoyed this class! Professor Santos is very relatable and personable and did a great job in conveying the many facets of well-being. I can honestly say that I have put into practice a number of the things I have learned from her. Truly a worthwhile experience!

A course that is not too hard on your commitment, (about 2 hours minimum in the week) but rich in structure and supporting research. I spent an hour or so more to go through the related research and videos and that gave me good reinforcement on the concepts taught. Thank you.

If you are willing to put in the work, this course can be life-changing. I think we all know what truly leads to happiness, but the data shown in this course brings about a real "aha" moment. It's definitely a course that will stay with me for life. And I'm better for it!

Dr. Santos is warm and engaging and made the course material relevant to her students' lives. I knew many of the strategies she presented from years of working with a therapist but learning the "why" and "how" behind many of them was satisfying and deepened by understanding.

I have loved completing the science of well-being. It sounded like it was going to be repetitive as far as taking care of yourself. However, I was able to actually practice the exercises given and build daily habits. I highly recommend this course for your own well-being!

I learned so much from this course that I will continue to use in the future. I had never heard of WOOP before and now I use this technique. I use the rewirement app to build my habits that will continue to lead me to happiness. The professor of this course was fantastic!!!!

This is time very well spent, and the teacher is very engaging. I would recommend everyone to take this course, as it just shed new light on how we see things, and can only improve them. Loved it, and will very probably regularly get back to it so my brain can soak it all!!!

The Science of Well-Being course was really enjoyable. Not only did it open my eyes to certain behaviors, but I believe the practices that I am now putting into place more proactively will really improve my physical health and mental health. I highly recommend this course.
