Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

I simply loved it and enjoyed every single lecture! It is simple and complete! It gives you the tools to improve your happiness levels. So now it is up to you! It is your choice! It is your life! your happiness depends only in your decisions, so go ahead and enrolled asap!

Excellent course! Really enjoyed it. The professor was awesome, she really kept me interested and explained it all in a way I could understand.

You definitely need to put in the hard work, but any effort you do put in is WORTH IT and you will benefit immensely if you do!!!

This was a wonderful course. The professor was engaging and full of insight. What a pleasure during a difficult time during a global pandemic. Dr. Santos gave applicable activities to utilize in daily life. I hope this course continues for other individuals to participate.

The course was fun to listen to. I longed for interactions with the students and the professor but online courses are challenging in that way. Still, the material was manageable: the extra readings and the guests were also super important. A very useful course! Thank you!
