What a great course! I took this during the COVID-19 pandemic, so it was a bright light during quarantine and especially at a time where one's well-being felt in a precarious place. The lectures were very interesting to me, and I learned a lot. Would definitely recommend it.

This was a very engaging and useful course. I believe that no matter who you are, you can apply concepts from Laurie's teachings to your own life. It is founded in scientific research, but it does not feel heavy and intellectual. The teachings are revelatory and fascinating.

Excellent! I love how the course takes something seemingly intangible (happiness) and marries it up with scientific data. I applied what I learned throughout and my happiness scores increased! I plan to revisit the course in the future because it was so rich in information.

This course was spectacular! Dr. Santos is a wonderful teacher, and the facts and statistics she presented were very compelling. I was surprised, at the end, when Dr. Santos said, "You've learned everything the science of psychology has to offer about living the good life!"

When I started the course, at the beginning of the pandemic, I was hoping to learn how to get through some of the worst days. The course went beyond what I expected. The lectures, the readings, the studies, have given me tools that I believe will help me going forward.

This course is very helpful especially during this time of pandemic. It allows me to revisit happiness again, but on a deeper and intellectual level. Professor Santos is very good at explaining studies, findings, models, etc. Her rewirements are very helpful and engaging.

Nothing overwhelming or technical here.
This is just a clear and concise course about one of the least clear and concise of human pursuits. It's definitely not a magic cure-all of self-help. It is just a nudge in the direction of understanding your own positive psychology.
