I have wanted to do something that would help front-line workers and communities hit hardest by this virus. I also very much want to help minimize the virus in the United States and assist those in need. This course helps to prepare you for a complex but vital job.

This course was very informative and helpful. Much of it I learned from the daily briefings and the extensive work experience I have as an HR Manager also has been very beneficial, however, this added more details and gave me a better understanding of this subject

Well developed course material. Carefully structured to build upon previous chapters. Provides context for virus and walks through various scenarios that a contact tracer might encounter and pointing out both the correct and incorrect way to conduct an interview..

This an interesting course! I learned about contact tracing, how to effectively communicate with cases, and to show empathy without pretending to know what the bcases are experiencing. Awesome learning experience and the instructor was very clear in her teaching.

Great information that is well-organized and presented in easily-digestible sections. The frequent checks of understanding were very helpful along the way, and the videos of different scenarios and optimal ways of handling different situations were very effective.

Awesome course. One minor suggestion is to perhaps only include the opening and closing music for the first video in each module. As the course went on the music felt a little repetitive, as we heard it at the beginning and end of each video. Otherwise, thank you!

Very informative! It helped lay out and work through a lot of complex issues one might come across when speaking with cases and contacts. I will definitely be using active listening skills in everyday practice, and hope to apply this knowledge as a contact tracer!

Well Organized modules starting from the very basic about the virus, infection, symptoms, incubation period, cases, isolation, contacts and finally about contact tracing. I have a good feeling that the knowledge I gained will be very useful in a practical setting.

Great course for a beginner to start with. Exhaustive and elaborative on all counts, particularly infographic tools like the Incubation period and infective period demarcation was simply brilliant. I would suggest others to pursue, even if they are learned enough.
