Excellent opportunity to learn the full scale of contact tracing. I never knew how extremely important this could be in reality. After taking this course I suddenly realize I could make a difference as far as limiting the spread of COVID-19.

Course was very well done. Education with the COVID19 virus. Also provides great detail on what to expect with a Contact Tracing position. I enjoyed the communication portion of the course as well since it sets expectation on how to communicate effectively.

The COVID-19 Contact Tracing Course was very informative. Completing the course is my way of taking another step towards public health awareness and action. It is also a reminder that even though it has been months, we still need to take this virus seriously.

This course is very useful. I've learned many things not only related to epidemiology but also the way we communicate with the case or contact, case management, communication skill, ethics, and many terms. And this course is easy and very clear to understand.

Clear, briskly paced, just enough information. Wish the section on process, people, and context problems had been more clear. I'm still not sure what each of those terms exactly means. Would have liked to have more examples in that section. But a great class.

This training was very educational. It not only taught me Contact Tracing skills but I also learned the history of this virus, the stages of infection and the various symptoms and tests available. I also found the history of Contact Tracing very interesting.

I am thankful to have learned about the contact tracing course. I feel I am much more informed than prior to the course. Now I feel comfortable helping others to understand why and what they have to do to stay well, and or not passing on the virus to others.

Very clear, easy to understand course. I just wish that when you take the quizzes, there would be more explanation in the grading. Sometimes with the questions where you select more than one answer, it does not tell you which one you did not select correctly.

The course was clear and easily understood. The pace of the course was ideal for studying each attribute. The examples of telephone calls between the contact tracer and case or contact were interesting and entertaining making them a very good learning tool.

This is a challenging course that will prepare you for a position as a contact tracer. The narrator and information were easy to follow. Also, the training format allowed me to work at my own pace and following my own schedule. I highly recommend this course.

Lots of information to digest, but was very clear, and examples were given. Lecturer was very good, speaks slowly and clearly. I understand much more about Covid-19, incubation and infectious periods, and will be very helpful in my line of work. Thank you!

This was a very enlightening course. The material was presented in an easy follow along from the instructor. I prefer to take courses on line at my own pace. I can and will certainly use all the subject going forward in my career in the allied health world.

This course was very enjoyable. I know I have a basic understanding of CoVid-19 and the skills to begin contact tracing. This is a good jumping off point to learning how to work with the Department of Health in assisting my fellow Americans during this time.
