This was the easiest course I had to take in a long while. Fully informal, written and narrated in a way that is understandable, and educational. This course even has role playing exercise's that make it easier to understand how a call might go and how to respond

Overall great course learned so much that I didn't know about Covid-19. Highly recommend everyone to take this course to have a better understanding at what we in the health department are trying to do to benefit all of us and preventing us from getting covid-19.

I learned many things about the Covid-19 disease. Symptoms, infection, isolation, contact, case are some of the important topics I learned in this course. Not only to contact trace but to know better this disease and keep safe ourselves and the people around me.

This was a very interesting and educational experience. I realized I already do most of this kind of investigative work in my daily routine as a school administrator and found this very educational and work related. I encouraged by team to complete this course.

It was easy to find the lessens and move on to the next module. Material was easy to follow and understand. Dr. Gurley keep you engaged with the material, kept the training simple and easy to understand at all levels (it was clear and concise), and personable.

Excellent course. Easy to follow and understand, even with a non medical background. Clear procedures to follow, instructions on speaking with cases and contacts, and description of symptoms. One of the best and most relevant courses I have ever taken on-line.

The information presented in this course was very well presented and very useful. I learned that I am probably not a good fit as a contact tracer as I am not as empathetic as this particular job needs you to be. I am to matter of fact and logical in my thinking.

Great course that made me a bit smarter and was not that easy! The instructor did a great job of facilitating the lecture, slow, deliberate with just enough voice fluctuation to emphasize key points.

Well done overall. Nice balance between hard science and softer disciplines. Note taking feature is a plus. There are a few glitches where in the midst of a video questions pop up and refer to a vignette that is not being discussed (ie Mrs. Gu and her problems).
