An excellently conceived and put together course helps one understand all there is know about managing the pandemic whether as a contact tracer or as someone who is better able to manage myself and my family because i now better about coping with the virus .

clear and concise information. a good balance of the science necessary to follow up with patients. the legal repercussions of handling sensitive case work and the necessary communication skills to speak with people that may be going through a difficult time.

I think there could be just a little more emphasis on teaching (reviewing) how to calculate when a case or contact may end isolation/quarantine, but otherwise it was well done, thorough and up-to-date.

This course was very informative. The chapters were short and covered exactly what you need to know. The quizzes tested your knowledge on the highlights of each chapter. The final also was based on the content covered in each chapter. I highly recommend it.
