This is a very informative course. It made me realize that I knew way more about IT than previously thought. I would suggest this course to anyone thinking about going into IT.

The course is a great starting point in getting a general overview of the IT support role and what to expect and where to go in the future. The course is definitely a must-take!

Loved it, i had a hard time wiht the networking part of this course, i feel ther sohuld have been a bit more content and less talking e.g. IPv4, IPv6 etc, how to identify? etc.

It was humbling to relearn things that I had forgotten. I am excited about going on and continuing to learn and to finally at some point apply it all at an IT Support Position.

Excellent, I felt like it was a one-on-one learning situation, the tutors took their time to explain concepts in the simplest ways possible and the assignments were flexible.
