Materials are very straight forward, and clear to understand! the mini quizzes at the end of each module, are great to test what we've learned, up to that point. Thank you.

Wonderful course and nice lab exercises. Seemed extremely beginner but parts related to OS and building a computer from scratch was surprisingly well recorded and elaborated !

Great course - loved the resume and interview know-how portion of this. There should be more courses to train users on how to get into interviews and successfully master them.

Great course to get your foot into a technical field in IT. It covers a broad spectrum, regardless of your experience, and gives you the tools to understand the concept of IT.

I'm hoping this is the start of my career, I think everyone involved did a good job putting this course together to help start tech people. And I feel lucky to be a part of it

This was a great refresher IT course for me as I have been out of the field for a few years. I also learned some new skills that I had little to no knowledge of. (ie: Linux)

It really does give you the fundamentals. I am coming from a career where I know nothing about IT and this really helped me learn so much about what to expect in the IT field.

Really enjoyed learning technical support fundamentals. I learned so much from the instructors looking forward to learning as much as I can from them in the upcoming courses.

Its my first time that i was able to complete the online course although its quite basic but it can be considered as a refresher along with a good overall understanding of IT.

A good introduction to IT. Some parts could be more advanced.

It is to my understanding the Python Automation Course used to be together with this one before it was separated.

The course was literally a unique source of knowledge. I was not able to complete my verification , but at the end coursera helped me to do that. Thank you google and coursera
