I loved the course!! I really enjoyed how the teachers explained the technology information and gave examples on how/when you will need to use them in real world situations.

Great course for understanding the fundamentals to IT support and basics about computers. This includes everything from hardware, software, and even tech support techniques.

Very clear an easy to understand. Some of the content in Week 2 had too many analogies. I think being more straight forward would've been more beneficial for those lessons.

That was a good course. I learn so much about IT, and it more like remembering me with my course on campuss before pandemic. I hope this learn can benefit me on the future.
