I really enjoyed this course, I have some unofficial experience through a lifelong love of tech so even though I was able to finish it faster than prescribed I learned a lot!

It was very interesting and fantastic to learn on coursera. Google managed and created the course very professionally. I have learnt so many thing from this course. Loved it!

Easy to understand and the lessons are fun! Im a teacher and I think whoever design this class was probably a teacher too because this course is good for all type of learners

Clear, concise, split up into manageable bits. I never felt overloaded with information and the teachers all speak very clearly. I learnt a lot and am happy with this course!

Great crash course on the fundamentals of Technical Support. I found most of the knowledge for myself was review, though it helped increase my confidence in my own knowledge.

Excellent Course but they want to teach us more details this is enough but some of them needed detailed learning to understand. So please give here onwards explicit teaching

Teaches you a ton of info you need to know when looking to enter the IT sector, though some of the less computer savy may find this course a bit hard to understand at first.

A fantastic course that will help you to learn IT support fundementals. Videos are informative and the labs give you great hands on experience with common support scenarios.

This was a very engaging course with a lot of basic information about the industry as a whole. This course alone is worth the money it costs, and there is lots more to come!

This course is a sign of great things ahead in the Google IT Certification Course and I'm excited for what is next to come. The teachers are very articulate and resourceful.

Instructions were easy to follow, although the some of the exam questions were tricky i was still able to pass most on the first go and redo some to attain 100%. Thumbs Up!!

Before this course, I thought that I have enough information about IT tricks but it was not true and I really recommend it and I enjoyed learning with such a great googlers.

This is a fantastic course if you are looking to get into the IT field. I've many things, skills such as RDP and often I learned in detailed more about everyday items I use.
