I enjoyed taking this course. It was easy to follow. I learned all the ways our brains work against us in our well being and happiness. Also what we think will make us happy actually won't. This class also gives you time and accountability to create a healthy habit.

This was a wonderful self-paced course to participate in. The course reviewed everything from intrinsic/extrinsic motivations to meditation, all while keeping in mind that our happiness is something that we as individuals can control and adapt despite circumstances.

This is the best course if you want to increase your overall happiness. You are going to do an happines test at the start and at the end of the course. I personally went from 6.06 to 7.1 wich is a really big change in only 2 and a half months. This is life-changing

This course should be provided in High School. Very effective.
I believe most don't really think about their daily actions. This drives people to start thinking how to be more aware and in turn to become more happy with their own lives and also the lives of others.
