Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

I absolutely loved this course! I have already read a lot of books around hapiness and well-being. This course however brought me even more concrete theory around how our brain works and how to rewire. I keep on referring to it in my various interactions.

this class was excellent. I was surprised to find out that I am already doing most of the healthy practices for a "good life". I completed an MBA online and the organization of this class through coursera was ten fold better than the MBA program I completed.

This course was very informative on the science behind happiness and opened my eyes to hedonic adaptation. This course gave me some tools to help improve my own happiness. I enjoyed the professors method of delivery and liked how she share relatable stories.

This course is very enlightening of true happiness indicators and tools to increase happiness levels. Professor Santos' teaching style makes it easy to stay engaged during the lectures. This course was very informative for how short the actual lectures were.

I loved this course. And it actually changes you for sure (only if you are willing to do what it takes ;)

The professor kept the lectures very fun and short so people don't get bored through it. I love the quizes to check if you paid attention to the lecture.

Going through the course made me realize how happiness is impacted by our mindset (and how our mind can be misleading). The course is backed up by solid science which provides credibility to the action plans taught in the course to increase one's happiness.
