Fabulous course. I learned a lot of does and doesn't make us happy, and learned valuable tools for introducing and integrating new habits into my life that will definitely contribute to my well-being.

I would recommend this course to every friend, peer, and family member. We ALL need to equip ourselves with these evidence-based tools and dedicate the same amount of effort to our well-being that we give to our profession/studies. Dr. Laurie Santos is a rock star!

I really enjoyed the content. I do a lot of this with my PE students in HS but it was nice for me to practice what I preach. The timing of this course was also great as it distracted me from the negative and got me very focused on the positive. Thank you Laurie!

This course is an amazing introdution to the science of well-being. As someone with high self-deman, this course helped me to be more in touch with the things that really matter and to understand why these things matter. Oh, and Dr. Laurie is an incredible teacher!

I loved this course! It gave my insight to a lot of different techniques to improve happiness and let me know that some things ( material items) weren't going to improve my happiness long term. If I could forget everything and retake the course, I definitely would!

This class was very informative and gives a perspective about life that I never really thought about. It genuinely made me happier once I really put work into my life and implemented the tools and strategies given to help change my mindset. I reccomend this course.

This course came at the right time in my life, considering I started this at the beginning of the COVID lockdown. It was easy to follow and provided examples that were relevant. I appreciated the research aspect of the program and how it related to the rewirements.

Great class! I learned so much and have strategies for future improvements!
For the questionnaire the education level question isn't expansive enough and even though I have certifications I don't have a bachelors degree ect. Not all education is university classes.

I really enjoyed this course and I felt that it moved me forward in such a good way. I’m very grateful that I participated in it. The only criticism I have is that better editing could edit out the constant filler words. It was a bit annoying, i.e. “like” “sort of”

Professor Santos was very engaging, and the course was well organized. Although some of the ideas were already familiar to me, I definitely learned a few tricks I didn't know before, and the scientific evidence and additional reading options were great resources.

Really useful and engaging information on the science and findings in positive psychology, and also practical and intentional things that you can do in order to establish good behaviours and increase your own feelings of well-being. I highly recommend this course.

I would suggest anyone and everyone to take up this course. Not just for the name tag that it's from Yale, but mainly for the content of this course and how it encourages you develop yourself as a person. The 10 weeks have been truly eye opening and life changing.

I suggest this course to anyone. Even if you consider yourself to be a happy person. This course is one that should actually be taken mandatory in different versions for different grades and school. It should be a requirement for education in the education system.

Fantastic, practical and enjoyable course. It covers the basics well and really challenges your position on life and what is important to you. It is simple to do at your own pace and you can implement what ever suits your needs. I would recommend this to anyone.

Wow this course has taught me that happiness is up to the individual. There are things that we can do to boost and create happiness in our lives regardless of our situation or status. I now have the tools and the scientific back-up to live a better, happier life!
