"The Science of Well-Being" is a very well designed course with emphasis not only on the science but also on building habits to stay happy and healthy. The course boosted my happiness scores and is very ably conducted by Prof. Laurie Santos. Thank you.

The most useful class I have ever taken in my college career. I would recommend this course to everyone I know, as it teaches you important life skills, and sets you up to continue to live by these habits in the future, even after the course has ended.

I enjoyed the lectures followed by specific assignments which helped me operationalize the content. It took me a while to register for the course but once I figured out how to use the format I could download the slides. This made reviews much better.

Nothing like being able to practically apply scientific evidence to enhance one's well-being. It was a true journey of self-exploration and knowledge during a personally and globally challenging time. Santos is engaging. Well worth investing the time.

I have truly enjoyed the content of this course that is backed up by several latest research results. I have also enjoyed the interviews with the authors; it is interesting to hear their personal experience as they share their ideas with the students.

I really enjoyed the course, I like all the evidence with the different studies and asking us ( the student) what we thought before getting the answers. Love watching all the videos and not having to do lots of reading (unless I wanted to know more).

This course will actually change your well being, even if you don't do the work. Knowledge is half the battle and you learn new ways to explore yourself to heal from within.
