This course was really interesting! I loved it. The teacher was amazing and very engaging. And it was my first time doing peer-graded assignments, i was scared but i did it and i'm so proud of myself.

I really liked this course. It was easy to follow. The professor was very sympathetic and did teach a lot in a fun way. The inclusion of the patten app and the practical assignments were a nice addition and helpful learning addition to the lectures.

Excellent format, flow and focus on mastery of material so the enjoyment of the course could actually result in a high grade with diligence and hard work. She is an excellent professor. I can only pray she will have more courses here in time to come.

Everything that is taught here makes you realize that there are small changes you can do in your daily life to improve your mood, your esteem, and to feel more productive and happy y general. It's a nice course, with a nice profesor and nice lessons.

Great course! Engaging and a great reminder for myself especially in my point in my life where I have finished undergrad, am working, and might think of going to school. I need to prioritize my well being before I go into anything big and monumental.

I loved this course. It is full of practical advice on how to increase your happiness and sense of well-being. I would have like to be told how to get a certificate at the end of the course though, as I've looked everywhere and can't seem to get one.

Loved this course! Thank you Yale and Coursera. The instructor is engaging and the lessons are easy to understand. It was nice that there are several studies to back up the science of happiness in people. Looking forward to similar courses like this!

I was blown away when I learned about the power of "reference points" -- this course has allowed me to recreate a better mindset for a happier life and actually take steps towards positive change. Loved this class and Professor Santos was so awesome.

I found the material and the assignments to be highly valuable. In fact, I would recommend this course to just about anyone who isn't very happy with their life. I also really like the instructor and how the course integrates science backed findings.
