Very good for beginners to grasp how electronics and technology works, but not something I would say they need to give this part as a free introduction and then charge them for the actual though learning.

A great way to learn the fundamentals. I already knew enough to pass the tests before starting this course, but I still learned a few things and thought about a few concepts differently on my way through.

A general overview but many of the small details we overlook when doing troubleshooting that point to bigger issues. Even with many years of Technical Support experience I still learned with each lesson.
