This course while introductory, did provide added knowledge and insight into what Tech Support is all about. I recommend it for beginners as well as anyone looking to add to one's knowledge base.

If you want to learn IT support from the very basic, this course is for you. However, do not satisfied yet, you will also need to learn more in the field especially regarding the troubleshooting.
