If you want to learn IT support from the very basic, this course is for you. However, do not satisfied yet, you will also need to learn more in the field especially regarding the troubleshooting.

This course got the IT basics explained in a way that anyone can understand! Also, I'm seriously considering trying out Linux Umbuntu as a result. It's not nearly as imposing as I thought it was!

It was a fun experience and highly recommend the program. Great introduction to diffrent Operating Systems, Trouble Shooting Practices and Customer Support. On to the next certificate, cant wait!
