Excellent course I did learn a lot and I am pretty sure if you take it you will enjoy it and learn a lot. The course is totally entertaining, There is no way you get bored of videos or readings.

Even though I have been doing IT support for some time, the course has opened my understanding to the many more opportunities that IT support has and its connections to many more opportunities.

Very worthwhile course. Even if the course is called Fundamental and you may think that you already know the fundamentals of it, you will be surprised how much you did not know or simply forgot.

Great Course. My only suggestion would be to dive into the USB speeds a little further. Its a new speed concept so might be worth providing some additional examples. Otherwise...Thanks You!!!

Very refreshing to see that there are options out there for those who did not finish a college education. Material is refreshing and exciting. It is also good to learn from a diverse background.

I really liked the course. It allowed me to move at my own pace, trying to into online learned. I loved the interactive sessions, and how clear the instructors were with the information given.

You Came to know about fundamentals of computers as well as some advance uses like installing/uninstalling on windows and ubantu. You can read lot more supplement reading attached in the course.

Concise and to the point, the videos and tasks being broken up into single smaller task made it easier to not get overwhelmed by the workload. Lots of important information I'm glad I now know.

I improved my technical knowledge in different areas of technology, I understood the best customer service practices, I acquired skills to create my resume and new ways to face a job interview.
