This course is very knowledgeable and informative. I have added on knowledge to some of the skills I knew and that I wasn't' aware of it.

This was a very thorough and easy-to-follow foundational training. It touched on a broad range of technical support concepts and skills.

Very informative, even for me who has some computer knowledge, I learned new things from this course and feel prepared for the next stage.

Very imformative. I enjoyed seeing people from all walks of life included in the lessons. I think it's a good primer to the tech industry.

To Basic. There should be some more practical as just creating a folder or installing/uninstalling is just too basic for an online course.
