The people teaching these courses are good at what they do and helpful. They are clear when they speak which is verey important as this is not a face to face class.

It was a little challanging at the beggining but as time goes on i felt confident. I really enjoy learning new skills. Thanks very much for the wonderful opportunity.

This course is well organized, written, and illustrated with experts in the field. I am much more comfortable with the subject matter and am encouraged to learn more.

Even though I was grew up with all sorts of technology, this introductory course has been paramount in reigniting my interests and making the basics a lot less scary.

Very basic intro. The modules are engaging and the videos are very educational. Great way to start to figure out if you are truly interested in IT and related fields.

Well thought and excellent articulated. It gives a good overview of IT Support work and set your mind in the proper direction on troubleshooting and customer support.
