great course, I personally learn a lot of things about the IT support role. I think this course is one of the milestones of my education qualifications. Also, the instructors did a great job. thank you.

This has been a fun learning experience for me. As I apply my knowledge and learn so much about more in addition to what I know, I really feel confident and excited on the path I'm heading going forward.

Clear effective teaching about a subject that I am not very familiar with, but i have improved considerably. I imagine it will be to basic for some people , but for a beginner I am thoroughly impressed.

Great overview of the HW basics, that was easier to learn back in the 80s, 90s before everything bacame more integrated and we had to solve HW issues ourselves & we had to set up our own infra at home.

a very helpful platform where any one can get a chance to learn and enhance his or her skills as per the policy if someone is competent can get job . this is also an impressive way to deal with learners

Well organized course. The quizzes, discussion prompts, and exercises as well as supplemental readings were not too advanced. They were challenging enough to test if I retained the information provided.
