This course provides you with the basic information that is required for eveyone novice to students to who really needs a good revision of basic IT concepts.

I love that all the basics of IT were covered. Instructors were great at explaining clearly each subject that was covered. I love that this was self paced.

I enjoyed the course. Presentations about difficult topics are creative and interesting. Talks about the IT Support job are really inspiring and motivating.
