1st online course I have completed outside of online defensive driving courses. The short videos kept me engaged. I loved doing the labs to get practical use of the sections we learned.

Great course! I finished it in 5 days for anyone wondering how quickly this course could be taken. Really enjoyed how short each section is but how straight to the point everything was.

Love being able to learn the fundamentals in computing. The history is was also intriguing. Looking forward to continuing on this journey in the course material. IT support here I come.

The course is a great introduction into the world of IT. Technical Support Fundamentals provides basic knowledge of how computers are assembled, how they work and exchange information.
