This course is the first of a series that aims to prepare you for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. In this course, you’ll be introduced to the world of Information Technology, or IT. It was a great introduction to Technical Support. It spent just enough time on each topic to give you a solid understanding of the basics, without getting you bogged down into too many details and overwhelming you.

I found it tough at times to understand what the teaching was, I now have a better understanding of IT and about my own dealings with my PC's and cell phones at home, I will be moving on to another course for sure!

This is a very well put together course. The shorter-styled videos make learning this material similar to reading a Patterson novel. Before you know it, the video is over and you have learned something fundamental.

They put this hard concepts in an easy way to motive people and not be afraid on technology as a fiel of uncompressible concepts if not simple and that if we put hard work and are consistent we can reach our goal.
