I have background in a lot of the topics so I felt it was too simplified but stepping back and considering this being for someone with zero prior knowledge it is a very good foundation for getting into tech subjects.

The course is put together very well and concepts are explained in easy to follow / easy to understand language that is not intimidating. I've loved my experience so far and looking forward to continuing to progress.

I am very happy to join this program and I am looking forward to the next IT Support Professional Certificate course. Thank you Google and Coursera! I learn so much about IT which make me interested in the IT world:)

One of the best overview of IT fundamentals out there. Well made in concise manner from bottom up. Very enjoyable history of computer development. Seldom little mistakes proving that even Google guys are just humans.

This is good learning experience for those starting out in IT or trying gain more learning experience in computers. The course helped introduced me to assembling a computer and using virtual machine for the Qwiklabs.

This is probably the best introductory online course that I've ever taken. The teachers explained everything in a lucid manner and I sailed through without any issues. Looking forward to completing the entire course!

This is a very good course. I didn't know anything about computers. Now I know the basics. Education is power, and I am ready to take what I've learned to the next level. I can't wait to start working with computers.

I really enjoyed completing this course I loved the fact that it wasn't just about learning the material but I got a chance to get hands-on experience in some of the lessons. It was user friendly and straight forward

The course was put together really well. Instructor we very pleasant, and information was relevant to todays technology, unlike some other courses I've taken previously where they're using video from the early 2000's

Love the way this course flows and that the user can move at his or her own pace. Having successful Google employees with diverse backgrounds and varying education levels teach the course makes every section fresh.

I loved this material, I had somewhat of a background on all of these topics beforehand, but this really touched on fundamentals (as stated in the title). You'll really dive into the IT role with this initial course.

The Technical Support Fundamentals course was excellent! I really enjoyed taking it, and everything went really smooth. Getting the certificate at the end, and being able to add it to my LinkedIn was very satisfying.

Great course. Useful primer for anyone wanting to dip their toe in the IT space and get a feel for what it's all about, particularly in the context of IT support. Lots of interesting nuggets picked up along the way.
