I really enjoyed this course! You will learn alot and if you run into a topic that you've previously learned about but didn't quite understand...this course will break it down to you to so that you do understand.

This course is very well laid out! If you are hungry for IT, this course will be exciting and will feed your hunger to learn! Labs were great, and the instructions made them easy to complete! Great Start! Next!

I came into the course with a little IT knowledge, but this course was so very informative and I learned so much more than I ever knew existed. I would recommend this course to anyone interested in an IT career.

It is a great course, especially for beginners in it or computer science it will give you an introduction to how the computer works underhood and learn about how the things which you use daily like internet work.

The course lectures are well presented and the material is at an appropriate pace for an introductory course. The instructors present the material in a manner that is structured and exciting to continue learning.

Marvelous course. I have learned so many terms and tips that will help me to start my journey in the tech industry again. I will never forget decimal to binary conversion. Now i know the secret how to convert it.

A very nice overview of basic concepts in IT. Even though I assembled a fair share of computers in my time, this course helped me to structure my knowledge, fill some blanks, and get to know the modern standards.

Lots of good information broken down in easy to understand ways. Topics were not too challenging as it's an intro class but showed how challenging and exciting the rest of the courses in the certificate could be.

I love that it is the essentials with the options of learning more about the history of computing and extra reading suvgestions. I personally took it twice just to make sure I didnt miss any critical information.
