The short video's are perfect and don't get tedious. The little prompts with questions keep you on your toes in a fun way. The content is clear and to the point. I really enjoyed this first course. Thank you.

This course was a excellent course and educational start to the certificate, I will recommend this to anyone either looking to develop skills in IT or if they just want to gather more skills for personal use.

This course is a must for those who have little to no experience with IT. Not only do you learn some of the lingo used in the IT field, but you get hands on experience through labs which is must for success.

It was a good introduction to the fundamentals of a computer. I did learn things that I didn't know. I really do like how the course is set up with bit sized information that you can digest at your own pace.

I loved it so much! Lots of hard topics were described with plain language that everyone could understand. Best part for me was the last one with the troubleshooting and soft skills. Thank you for the course!
