The course was great for someone like me who is just getting started in IT, I've been in banking and finance for a long time and I am looking to change careers so i thought about computers but didn't know where to start. I found Google IT tech support and it's helping me to get one step closer to my goal.

I really enjoyed this course, at times it got a little boring but that's not because of the information but due to my previous IT experience and already knowing some of the material ahead of time. Overall I give it 5 stars and definitely recommend it to anyone new to the field or even needing a refresher!

Great course to understand the fundamentals. I thought I was going to pass it 100% without having to watch most of the videos. Lucky me I watched the video's and it was still tuff completing quizzes at the end. A lot to learn about even if you are moderate at a computer user. Great course would recommend.

This was amazing. This course gave me the foundation of confidence to jump careers and now i work at an MSP!!! I wish i could thank all the people at google that made this course. This course demonstrated to me areas I needed refining in my use of terminology and understanding of definitions, although I have been in IT Support for 12 years, this course helped smooth out the rough edges in my knowledge. I truly have enjoyed this course and I am looking to pursuing further training.

A great course, wonderful presenters and terrific content. I took this course as part of the Google Professional IT Support Certificate course, it gives you a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of IT support. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this course to anyone thinking of moving into the field.

The contents were very well structured. Provides a very good introduction to the IT field. Learnt new information about each of the topics - Hardware, Software, OS, Networking & Troubleshooting with relevant examples. Also, a good few tips on how to prepare for an interview at the end was very beneficial.

I enjoyed being able to work at my own pace. When it comes to the layout of the course, and how the instructors explained the material it was great and easy to follow along. Plus the little pop-up quiz in the videos was helpful and allowed me to test my ability to understand the material before moving on.

I'm completely new to IT, and never thought I would be able to learn this content. I have been cruising through everything with at least a 90% on everything. I love being able to learn from my mistakes on questions, and seeing why I received the wrong answer and being able to try again for a better grade.

Thank you for providing such a wonderful and informative course! For someone with a basic knowledge of computers and how they work, I learned a lot and am interested in moving further due to the approach that this course took in teaching me about how to use my love of technology for something worthwhile!

Great introduction into the world of IT technical support. Information presented in a non-threatening manner. Very learning focused. You feel like they want you to learn the information and truly understand. Clear and concise information. Looking forward to learning more and continuing through the course.

I will definitely recommend this course to ANYONE interested in starting a career in IT Support. Simply put, it is the best compiled course for starters I have ever encountered and I am saying this as someone who has been looking up so many IT Support startup courses. Kudos! to you Google. The course was very enjoyable and easy to follow. The instructors made each lesson interesting, splashing in examples and situations that made the content more realistic and understandable. I would absolutely recommend this course to someone else interested in the field, and look forward to continuing on.

This course provided a really solid foundation on computing basics. In fact, it was a good enough foundation that after taking it, I was able to get a job in IT (starting with very little background knowledge). I'm excited about my new career and especially excited about what I'll learn in future courses.

Excellent delivery of the course material. Whoever makes the course material should investigate the facts of certain material but glad to see it was corrected in text. I know this isn't the instructor's fault but if you're going to make top quality courses, make sure the information is solid. Thanks.

I loved how in depth and easy the modules were throughout this course. I can't wait to continue my path in IT Support and continue to learn all the exciting things that the IT world has to offer. This has been one of the easiest courses I've done while making me feel like I'm learning something important.

I am impressed on how I can take the class on my time. I have been really busy the past few weeks but I am able to do it when I get time. I am now back on track and plan on working them straight through. I know that when I am done with this course, I will take another to further my knowledge in this area.

The course is very comprehensive, so far. My only complaint is that some of the assessments in the virtual computer environment do not work as well as they should. I have to take an assessment at least 3-4 times before it was registered as complete. That needs to be tweaked as it may have some bugs in it.

Very good course. It set's a very strong foundation into knowing about the basics of Information Technology. The way the course was structured made the content very easy to learn. The main thing that stood out for me was the random engaging questions that popped up during video lessons. Great Work Team!

Great introduction to all the fundamentals of IT technical support. Very well delivered, engaging, clear and concise. Well organized with important terms to remember provided at the end of each module with some practical activities also provided to give a hands approach to learning about the world of IT.

I thoroughly enjoyed the first course and can't wait to proceed with the learning! Thanks to Google, the instructors, and fellow learners for the insight! I am extremely excited to continue my learning. This is a great Certification program made possible by the technology I am studying. How cool is that!

I have learned many things when it came to different courses within just this first one, lots of information and diving into certain technical illustrations and showcases not only a learning experience i have gained but overall this is a great foundation course to begin with anything within the IT field.

I really glad to tell this is the course who need to be an IT support specialist. this course module and lecturers, lectures videos, fundamental readings, and all the other stuffs are very clear and useful for all beginners. I recommended this for all who needed special knowledge about foundations of IT.
