This is a great introduction to the world of IT. It covers all the basics in short digestable lessons. It also gives learners sufficient practice through quizzes, graded assessments and external tools. Another great thing is that it encourages learners to constantly read and seek more knowledge.

I learned about the different facets of Information Technology, like computer hardware, the Internet, computer software, troubleshooting, and customer service. This course covers a wide variety of topics in IT that are designed to give us an overview of what's to come in this certificate program.

Great!!! Overall Experience not having a college degree, i was nervous but the knowledge given by these professionals, regular people like you and me. gave me a boost in my confidence an self by challenging myself in a way i did't' think was possible. Thank You Google!!! And Thank You Coursea!!!.

This course was very helpful for me to understand what is IT support means and what fields of knowledge cover in the professional certificate program. It's inspiring and fun to learn and listen to experts and professionals in real IT industry. I hope to follow all the other courses in the program

I really liked how course is structured. Saturation made it easy to get involved and understand what is the topic about.

Only thing, please check supplement materials which you provide in course. There are some sources which fall back to 2015 or 2018. Assume you may add much more relevant sources.

It is a great course for beginners! It provides valuable basic knowledge which everyone should have! It is not only for people who want to be IT support specialist but also for people (like me) who desire to be wise computer consumers as well as upgrading their CV with relevant IT certifications.

A great course to learn and remember the fundamentals about Systems, Computer Architecture and more. The part that I really learn was about the customer service that thing is very important, we need sometimes to remember that we work to serve for others and we need to remember that we are humans.

This is a great basic course. The instructors do a fantastic job of relating the complex subjects to everyday, understandable language. If you use a computer at all, this course is chocked full of useful information to minimize your frustration with small technical problems. I'm only in week 2

The Technical Support Fundamentals course is very important for IT students. It is a must learn for IT Support learners. this course was very useful for me. Because I understand more and more in IT practices and theories. So now I know more knowledge in IT industry. I'm so very blissfully now.

overall very good. I would have added a vocabulary section to each section before they started talking as it was a little distracting to try to learn that and stay focused on what they were saying. Like still keep the definitions in there, but add another part that is literally just definitions.

This first course was a great introduction into what IT is. It did not have a lot of information that I wasn't familiar with already BUT that is because I already work in IT. I think this was well built and truly starts from the bottom up. Great course.

Offered a great broad introduction. As someone who was very familiar with technology, but has not worked in the IT field, there was still interesting topics touched on that I did not know. The supplemental reading was useful and appropriate for gaining a deeper understanding beyond the lecture.

I'm glad I stumbled upon this course since I had a different career (non-IT related) but had always been interested with the IT world and this particular course is a very good foundation, easy to understand and really well thought out and I hope someday it will give me an edge in the IT world.
