Great introduction course for someone who was not feeling too confident about their lack of knowledge and experience in this field. I am hungry for education and curious of the limitless boundaries I have just been exposed to. Thank you and I can't wait to discover what new lessons and knowledge await.

This course is great specially for those who want to enter in the world of IT. Each topic is very in depth and all the practice quizes and graded examination with quiklab is a great tool to enhance your learning experience. This is my first time taking up a online education platform, and I am very happy.

Before taking this course, I really had no knowledge of how anything in acomputer worked. Now that I have the little insight that I have, it only makes me want more. Thats not what one would call a job, I call this having fun doing what you enjoy and making a comfortable living while also helping others.

This course was really easy to follow and extremely interesting! The material gives a good overview of all the key concepts of IT support, and completes my Business Technology Management studies quite well with more in-depth technical information. Would recommend to anyone with an interest in technology.

I really enjoyed this course. I like the quality of the material and labs. I liked how everything was explained in a manner that was easy to understand. The only thing I would possibly change is to add more ways to practice the skills learned maybe by adding more labs or test or even expanding on those.

The course was well done over all. It is encouraging to see "real" people with great diversity involve in IT. I do have an small IT company and I wanted to see how a big company like Google does IT and it was happy to see that I am not so far off in my approach of solving IT problems. Great job Google!

I found the course to be a good introduction to the IT world. I have previous experience working the computers but there was still information here that gave me a deeper understanding into operating systems and how they function, and gave good insight when it comes to working in a customer service roll.

Amazing amazing amazing! This is so well put together and should be recognized as an industry standard for entry level help desk positions. Being able to do labs on VM's itself is something that can be added to a resume and would put you ahead. Do not hesistate to take this course. It is for all levels!

Very well compiled course. Information provided is brief but precise and that combination is tough to achieve and Google being Google did it nicely. Staying brief but to the point helps learners confidence. Bombarding information specially on a beginner can be repulsive. Good job is what I can say.

There are tips for those who are looking to be hired, how to communicate with clients and colleagues and it also opens ups the appetite for those who have an interest in problem solving to learn more.

The course is very entry level friendly, which is super important for folks even with experience! This course helped fill in some blanks regarding the history of networking, as well as teaching me that binary isn't as complicated as I originally thought it was. Definitely enjoying this course so far.

I can not express how much this course has already done for me. It has started some new things in me that I know will take me far in the IT world. There are already avenues I've decided to take. I enjoyed learning about the basics of computers: the history, hardware, software, a small bit of networking, troubleshooting, and your job as a IT support specialist. A lot of this knowledge is a refresher but it is always good to relearn and review what you know especially as technology is advancing.

I love taking this first module. I learn a lot of new things. The videos were short which is always very nice for people like me who suffer from ADHD. Week Number 6 was more about soft skills, so unless you are a complete beginner when it comes to it, I'd suggest skipping it and do the quizzes instead.
