I've taken the first three courses, and this one was without a doubt the easiest to understand. Everything is described in a way that's friendly for beginners, and I didn't have significant trouble with anything. I definitely recommend this course for anyone who wants to learn the basics of IT.

I had a great expereince through out my study period, It was a journey full of insights and knowledge, and i gain all that needed to be achieve in this course, all thanks to the Coursera family for making it possible. I now have the basic and fundamental knowledge of the IT Support Specialist.

This course has been extremely informative for someone like me who has zero work experience in IT or any sort of educational background in the field. It offers a great first look into IT. Highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to begin a career in IT or has a curiosity to learn more!

What a wonderful assembly of fundamentals in an easy to learn series of short to the point segments. I love the amount of things mentioned that deserve deeper dives but are left to the student or a later course to expand on. At no point did I feel like we had wondered away and gotten off topic.

This program was recommended to me to see how interested into IT I would be, and I have to say I do!

The beginning section was so dang interesting, learning about binary numbers, how to build a computer, and so much other great insight into these computers we use so much, including our phones!!

This course provided the foundational framework and knowledge to reignite my interest in the IT field. I am proud of myself for taking the initial leap, trusting the process and finishing my first of many courses! I would highly recommend the sequence of courses presented for this certificate.

Very clear and detailed with encouragement and motivation from presenting the various paths that have brought the different teachers to IT. Some parts were a bit slow for more experienced students like myself, but I love that it is accessible to all levels. Looking forward to the next course.

Pretty cool course. It gets you excited about tech and serves as a good introduction to interesting parts of IT. This course is mainly targeted to absolute beginners, but even as a Software Engineering student I was able to get some useful things out of it. Overall it exceeded my expectations.

Overall it was great experience. I really like how the experts sharing their journeys, struggles and encouraging for us to continue to learn this specialty.

This is a good class to build confidence in someone who wants to get into IT. If you have been around computers at all, you will realize that you already know a lot of this material. Putting in a course form like this makes me want to continue working on more certificates to further a career.

This course was the perfect primer for someone like me who is reentering the field. I was neverous about being outdated, but after studying this course and setting up practice environment, I'm happy to be back in business. I am ready for the next course and will work to achieve certification

One of the best courses I attended, I got a great benefit, has a lot of knowledge about technology, one of the best things I got is how to understand the problem and how to make a plan to solve it, honestly, I got a lot of training and courses, but this particular course changed a lot for me.
