I was really intimidating about the idea of entering the tech world as it is not something I'm familiar enough to feel comfortable and confident. So far, this course has introduce technology to me in a way that makes me excited to continue on.

This course was TREMENDOUSLY helpful in solidifying my foundational knowledge of IT concepts. The way things were broken down and explained seemed a little daunting at first, but honestly it was all very straightforward and easy to understand.

The Fundamentals course was excellent. The videos are short enough not to cause a laps in attention, but contain a lot of important information. The hands on labs are perfect. They are not just a simulation, they are real world environments.

I found that this course presented the basics in a way most people could easily understand. Some of the labs with the virtual spaces could be tough for someone with no experience. That being said I had no problem troubleshooting issues myself.

Very helpful in giving you the basics and foundation to build upon. I recommend this course even if someone has already taken something similar. It never hurts to level set and make sure your foundation for learning and understanding is solid.

Amazing, I loved all the teachers and hearing about their backgrounds. The modules were easy to follow and even things that I struggled with were easy to go back to and read along to get a better comprehension on. This program is just amazing.

Very simple and straight forward way of learning .really enjoyed my time learning step by step thru all lessons from day 1 till the end.Google did a great Job to put together such a content for people that seek a new career as IT Support Tech.

This course was great, it gave me the confidence to go out and try to get a job in the IT support field. I already had some background on some of the topics covered but there were a few missing pieces. This course put it all together nicely.

This is a great course. It gives me a blueprint of the whole IT support courses. It was taught easily that people with a little background like me would understand. Teachers' experience gives me a brief that I can find a job with hard-working.

Love the short videos with reading materials for further investigation. The format is simple and very well paced to allow the learner to absorb and retain information as well as get back to key areas for review. Thumbs up, Google and Coursera.

The course is great! It is clear, well organized, and easy to learn the material in this online format. I enjoyed the discussion topics. They are thoughtful and help students dig deep into their experiences. I thoroughly enjoyed this course.

This course material might seem to you somewhat annoying, trivial, or unnecessary. However, it's unexpectedly satisfying and mostly does its job. I wonder how many lectors have been laid off in G*'s recent laying off of 6% of its workforce...

Great Course !!!! I enjoyed watching every video provided in this course. The instructors provided great real-life examples that helped me understand the most technical fundamentals of binary, operating systems, hardware, software, and so on.

I loved this course. All the info shared was easy to understand, the pace was really good (I made notes the whole time) and it also was very nice to see that all people teaching us in this training just love what they are doing. :) Thank you.

It's a very well explained and understandable group of contents as well as i do identified myself with a lot of situations the googlers presented and the scenarios on the graded tests also. Without a doubt it is a nice kickstart to IT roles .

I like the different modes of learning in this course. i am looking to learn more on VirtuaL Machines and how to benefit more from their use. I look forward to learning more and will choose other programs that lines up with my career choices.

Great basic course of IT. Nice sections that helped pull it all together. My only nit would be that the instructors were all looking to the side, perhaps reading a script? Would have been more personable if they looked straight at the camera.

This course is very helpful to refresh yourself in what you have done in your past studies and what you are doing in your day to day work. Also its a very useful course especially for beginners that want to know about IT support from scratch.

Really great job at slowly explaining the basics. I moved a little faster because there were certain things I already knew. It's awesome that you can go as fast or slow as you want. And the content that is taught is also tested. Great course.

Decent course that kept my attention and was broken down to manageable sections. If I ever felt overwhelmed it was easy to go back and review the pertinent videos without starting over or wasting considerable time looking for the information.
