Amazing introductory course. Great content that was easy to understand and follow. The knowledge gained in this course was essential to completing the certificate program. The assignments were very to the point and made concepts clear.

This course gives a very nice in depth look at the basics of technology and IT. I came in with basic to moderate knowledge of computers and technology, but this helped further that know-how. I'm excited to continue with the next courses.

Really enjoyed this course. I was able to watch videos and learn wherever I was at and only had to sit still on my personal laptop for short periods of time. I'm a bit hyperactive and this course allowed me to learn in the way I need to.

This is an excellent course and provided me with a lot of experiences online. The major ones were while using lab sessions. It was very interesting to get on to an other remote desktop and to solve the different issues of the customer.

It is a very good course. But, something wrong. Even though I passed the 2 assignments(Create a Folder with Windows and Create a Folder with Linux), the system says I didn't submit and didn't pass. I tried many times but it's not fixed.

I really enjoyed the course. There were some explanations and examples that could have been clearer however I did understand them after some time. I noted this when rating and doing some of the exercises. I look forward to the next one.
