While not exactly perfect, it is an outstanding course to get introduced to IT support along with great samples of issues one may come across, along with great hands on practice via a virtual machine.

I came into this course thinking there wouldn't be a lot for me to learn as an avid hobbyist with computers and electronics in general. I was pleasantly surprised at how much this course had to offer and am having fun learning new things.

I definitely learned a lot from this course. I enjoyed exploring the ins and outs of a computer. It was also fun using programs like virtual machines, that can emulate all kinds of operating systems. This course was a good use of my time.

I think this course was amazing. The instructors did a great job by explaining into detail what needed to be known. The step by step instructions on how to handle difficult customers was very helpful. I also enjoyed the exposure to Linux.

I learned a problem could be resolved by just looking at how the wording is. I have learned about VM before but never practiced that much. I also haven't learned hardware for quite awhile. Very informative course can't wait to learn more.
