i heartily thanks to coursera team. but there are one problem that i'm faces is earned certificate. in this time i have not my citizenship is not available to verify id. and i have no driving licences can you help me to other way .

Very good course; Much less time required than 6 weeks to review the material. I grew up with a father who built and repaired computers, so a lot of this came fairly naturally to me, which helped me feel excited about the materials.

Over the course of the course, I have learned about the fundamentals of software and hardware, operating systems, networking, security, troubleshooting, and non-technical topics such as customer service and job interview techniques.

I really feel this course provided the foundation for building toward a career in IT. I imagine by the time i finish the entire thing, i will be ready to move on to the A+ and other certifications that are in demand in the industry.

The Technical Support Fundamentals course filled in some knowledge gaps I had in the IT field. I am looking forward to the other five modules, currently on week three of Bits and Byte of Networking. Thank you again for the course.

I really enjoyed the course! I am jumping into this field without any background in professional technology. I found the course to be informative and easy to follow. I felt so good seeing my certificate and knowing that I did it!

Great course to get the IT juices flowing in new to the industry individuals as well as excellent content to use as a refresher for those that have been working in the field for a long time. I would recommend it to both categories.

great introduction to the 5 course class. This was a great starter course to lay the groundwork for the upcoming technical information in the later courses, as well as the vocabulary I will need to understand and communicate with.

What a fantastically made, well designed and well presented Support Fundamentals Course. I have come across nothing so brilliant in the year and a half I have been learning IT. Very impressed indeed. Can't wait for the next course!

I hated Computer since i got C in my exam but this course is on a different level. Another reason to see that quarantine is also helping me by the way. If it would have been normal days i would never have looked for this site even.

For a basic course in IT support you guy hit the nail on the head. It was easy to understand and well presented. The pop up questions help to dive home important concepts. The test were taken from the information presented as well.

Great to pick up the basics and review things you already know! They do a great job of building up your knowledge and showing you how to access their virtual machine, getting you ready for larger things to come in the next courses!

Very clear and straight to the point. The exams did a good job at checking my knowledge as I progressed through the course. I also enjoy reading the explanations on my incorrect answers. I watched it at 1.5x which suits me better.

I was really impressed with this course. It shaped me for the IT world as well as customer service and how to communicate with customers when hands on....I'm happy I took this course and look forward to experiencing my new skills.

As a 54 year old person this way of taking a course, of learning something new, was new for me. I did had to get used to it, but really enjoyed every part. The content is good, starting with the basics, preparing for what to come.

Great introduction to IT Technical Support. Very solid fundamental knowlege learned and gain. I am optimistic about what the future holds for me as Technical Support specialist. Will recommend course to anyone and everyone I now.

This course was very informative, as a refresher and also as a self taught IT support agent. It was also nice to touch a little into Linux which is a system that I'm barely interacting with and definitely gained my interest a lot.

This was a wonderful basics course into IT Support. There were some areas that I personally have had in depth training before now and it was very nice to be able to move ahead if I knew I was already comfortable with the material.

This course taught me a lot about customer service that I didn't know before. I feel that I am grounded in the knowledge of computers and that I can learn more effectively in an IT support role now that i've completed this course.
