This course is the first of a series that aims to prepare you for a role as an entry-level IT Support Specialist. In this course, you’ll be introduced to the world of Information Technology, or IT. While not exactly perfect, it is an outstanding course to get introduced to IT support along with great samples of issues one may come across, along with great hands on practice via a virtual machine.

Very good course; Much less time required than 6 weeks to review the material. I grew up with a father who built and repaired computers, so a lot of this came fairly naturally to me, which helped me feel excited about the materials.

I really feel this course provided the foundation for building toward a career in IT. I imagine by the time i finish the entire thing, i will be ready to move on to the A+ and other certifications that are in demand in the industry.

I hated Computer since i got C in my exam but this course is on a different level. Another reason to see that quarantine is also helping me by the way. If it would have been normal days i would never have looked for this site even.

For a basic course in IT support you guy hit the nail on the head. It was easy to understand and well presented. The pop up questions help to dive home important concepts. The test were taken from the information presented as well.

Great to pick up the basics and review things you already know! They do a great job of building up your knowledge and showing you how to access their virtual machine, getting you ready for larger things to come in the next courses!

Very clear and straight to the point. The exams did a good job at checking my knowledge as I progressed through the course. I also enjoy reading the explanations on my incorrect answers. I watched it at 1.5x which suits me better.
