It was a very nice course that gives a brief information of all technical fundamentals of computer that are to taught in future courses. It as very informative and useful for beginners and had very nice quiz and labs to perform

Great course to start your IT education with. It has very good instructors / teachers, easy to follow, inspiring and takes the student seriously but delivers an entertaining and educational summery of the basics of IT Support.

I worked in IT customer service for 2 years, so a lot of the content here was already very familiar to me. The course touches on all important aspects of IT that a novice should know. I highly recommend this course to everyone

Course was great, I enjoyed it! The only thing I would change is to be able to have the ability to download the supplemental readings from the course page instead of having to open another tab and bookmark the page or website.
