This has been a great introduction to IT support for me. I have always had an interest in pursuing more knowledge about IT and this course has reinforced that. I look forward to the next course and continuing my education.

No matter what you are, the course is in a well-structured manner and especially course is wrapped up with a higher level of interaction between the learners and the techie even though it's not a duplex way of communication.

The course is excellent, addresses the content in a didactic and concise way. It's definitely not a monotonous course, the content is interactive with forums in each module and has hands-on exercises using virtual machines.

Loved this! The learning is interesting, challenging and I love the pace yourself format. All the teachers are great and Labs are so much fun. I learned things I have always wanted to know but didn't think I could learn.
