I really enjoyed this course. The instructors were really knowledgeable and being able to do labs on the subjects were a vital part of learning. I'm looking forward to doing more in the next course.

good beginner course, anyone who wants to learn IT can start here with no prior knowledge of the subject and come out of the course with a good understanding of how you should think when working IT.

Very exciting course. A wealth of knowledge for myself because I'm a novice to the IT world. Totally eager to learn more and to make this a very successful career change for me as well as my family.

Very informative and comprehensive. There is a lot of material to learn. Even if you've have a decent understanding of how to use computers, this course will surely teach you things you didn't know.

I enjoyed this first course of Technical Support Fundamentals. The online labs took a few tries to get going but overall not too bad. I am looking forward to learning more as the lessons progress.

Being able to set up, install and troubleshoot and use a computer is a valuable tool. This course teaches that and more. The instructors were very knowledable and communicated the information well..

I've been doing this for a couple of weeks now and love it. I'm still at the part where I know a lot of what is being taught but looking forward to getting to the things I am interested in learning.
