They covered every part required to be a good support analyst and all the mentors were super cool and had great body language. Highly recommended for freshers that are applying for support roles.

This course got the IT basics explained in a way that anyone can understand! Also, I'm seriously considering trying out Linux Umbuntu as a result. It's not nearly as imposing as I thought it was!

Basic at its core if you know computers decently well yet it teaches you things still and its perfect for those who know nothing and want to get a jump ahead in the basics of all things computers

I really love what I'm learning,but for some reason I can't get through my Qwiklab's in week's 3 & 5. Every thing else I pass. Other than that I like the IT Support Certificate course, Blair III.

This course was very fun and very easy I really suggest it. You do learn some cool stuff and It helps you get an idea of where you do your own personal research in becoming a great IT specialist!
