Before taking this course i did not know well about the IT but after taking this course i got to know what IT is and what IT support people do on their everyday job. Excited to learn more about IT.

I learn a lot by doing this course and improve all the past experience that I had in a technical support specialist. I hope with this it's improved my skill and add advantages for my future careers

I have been using technology my entire life, and the overview of this course contained lots of information that I thought I already knew, but I learned a lot from and found it to be very enjoyable.

While I enjoyed the coursework, I felt like it was a bit too introductory for my current level of knowledge. It's hard to gauge that I would rather they give too much information than too little.

helped to brush up the fundamentals , every this is explained in simple language and even a person who was not interested in computer before can assemble a PC after learning finishing this course.

This course was precise and concise. The additional reading gave more insight and it is a wonderful first step to IT.
