A really useful course. Starts with the basics. Definitely recommend the course for anyone wanting to know more about computers, even if you don't plan on working with IT.

Good class. This is a good introductory class for the IT world and it gave me even more appetite to take the following classes in order to complete the five parts program,

The Technical Support Fundamentals course gave me more knowledge than I expected to receive. It flowed very well from one week to the next, setting up for the next lesson.

There are a lot of interesting topics in this course. If you'd like to know more about computers, how to use them, and what makes them run, this is a good place to start.

This course kept me on track. I liked how I could go back and review work I did and look up areas for further research later when additional circumstances permitted that.

Through the courses, I learned a lot about various aspects of IT support during my training, including troubleshooting, networking, operating systems, security, and more.

It is really fundamental for IT support specialists. All Presentations are amazing. They are clear and on point. thanks a million for the tutorials and other supplements.

In order to gain a base understanding for someone with very little knowledge this is a very well rounded course to place at side any anxieties and gain the skills needed.

I love how the videos are short but impactful. I coulds sit through a whole hour or two and not realise because they are such short videos and you get time to understand

the course was good. however little details were provided, since some people are beginners, they require more detail and i think google and coursera will improve on that.
