A solid review with some updated information and new knowledge for me. Well organized and presented. I enjoyed being able to test out of areas I already feel confident in.

I enjoyed this program and I loved the videos especially. They were all very engaging and it makes me excited in moving forward in IT knowing I just completed my first step.

I really enjoyed these modules and pacing is great for dropping in and out as time allows, you don't have to block off 2 hours of your time in order to get the full benefit.

Great course for understanding the fundamentals to IT support and basics about computers. This includes everything from hardware, software, and even tech support techniques.

I have nothing in the beginning, after this I am now joining and want to learn more.

The instructor he is really good, talking clearly to understand step by step.
