This class was a great overview for the IT support Pro Certificate. I am glad that Google reached out and made an affordable and convenient way to learn.

I learnt most of things about IT support. If a person wants to make career in IT support then he/she must do this course. It will be great help for them.

Very good course to take if you know nothing about IT. The information is given at a good pace and the simulations really help you apply what you learn.

Enjoyed learning the technical support fundamentals with Google. I realized I know a little bit of information but was impressed with everything taught.

Very difficult content of the module, but the teacher explained the issues clearly. Tests were also helpful in understanding and mastering the material.

I will say the this coursee was very informative, now i have a lot of note to refer to especial when starting school in August to pursue a career in I.T
