Great foundations to get started. Many of the presenters were engaging and all provided pertinent information needed to move ahead in this certification.

It is repetitive if you've been in the workplace for several years, but it does reinforce a good foundation. I highly recommend taking the time to do it.

Was able to complete Technical Support Fundamentals two weeks earlier than expected. Courses are set up in a way that makes it very hard for you to fail.
